Step into a space where your body becomes a living sensual instrument—sensitive, expressive, and deeply intelligent. A space where music and sound are co-created live, moment by moment, in resonance with the people in the room. Where intuitive connection is invited, and presence becomes the guide.
Throughout the workshop, Aiste will be holding the musical field—playing live and weaving sound into the space as it unfolds.
Vibroacoustic Pleasures is an immersive workshop and play space designed to awaken your inner vibrancy through sound, breath, touch, and movement. It is an invitation to explore new pathways of pleasure, release shame around the voice, and rediscover the natural connection between sound, sensation, vibration, and relational play.
At the same time, this is not only an individual journey—it is a collective experience. We come together as a group, co-creating a shared field where individual expression meets group resonance. Through simple rituals, we create a safe and intentional space that allows connection, presence, and exploration to unfold naturally.
When we create sound, we create vibration. When we touch, we create movement. Together, they guide us into a field of aliveness, connection, and pleasurable exploration—within ourselves and with each other.

The Journey
Part 1 – Meeting Your Own Sound (Self-Connection)
We begin by turning inward.
Through guided practices, you will explore your breath, voice, and internal sensations. You’ll be invited to:
Connect with your natural voice without performance or expectation
Explore how sound moves through your body
Gently awaken the connection between the pelvic floor and the voice
Regulate and calm the nervous system
This part focuses on self-touch and self-presence — discovering the pleasure of being fully with yourself.
Aiste will introduce the deeper relationship between vibration, sound, and pleasure — opening a perspective on how interconnected these elements truly are.
Part 2 – Connecting with Others (Relational Exploration)
From self, we move into connection and practise how to create a play space using sound.
You will be guided into safer and conscious interaction with others, learning how to:
Explore different qualities of touch and sound in playful interactions
Working in interactions based on the four elements
Practice to engage and navigate through opt-out practices in a non-verbal space, that we will need for the ritual later.
You may experience:
Grounding, supportive “earth” touch with deep, steady sound
Playful, activating “fire” energy through dynamic voice and movement
Flowing, receptive or expansive qualities through other elements
This is a space to explore giving and receiving, while staying attuned to your own boundaries and desires.
Part 3 – Ritualised Play (Elemental Exploration)
We enter a more immersive and ritual-based sex-inclusive space.
With clear structure and guidance, we explore the four elements — earth, water, fire, and air — through: Sound, Touch, Movement, Light and scent
Each element invites a different quality of connection and expression. The space becomes a living field where sensation, voice, and interaction unfold as a form of ritualised play as a collective.
Inspired by structured relational practices, this part allows depth, creativity, and embodied exploration within a held container.
Part 4 – Free Play (Collective Resonance)
The strongly held ritualised structure softens into more freedom, with only a few rules still in place to ensure the collective vibration.
You are invited into a space of free sensual and/or sexual interactionexploration — for yourself and with others — where:
Sound becomes collective
Movement becomes intuitive
Connection becomes fluid
Voices, bodies, and sensations gradually gather into a shared field of resonance, building a collective vibrational experience.
Closing
We gently land the journey with a gong bath, allowing the body to integrate through deep vibrational rest.
The experience closes with a sharing circle.
Important Information
Consent & ExperienceThis workshop requires prior experience with consent-based spaces. You are expected to:
Understand and respect boundaries (your own and others’)
Have prior experience in clear and responsible non-verbal communication as well as reading non-verbal signs.
Navigate shared, intimate spaces with awareness
Opt-in / Opt-out Structure For the entire ritualised space and free flow of the evening, we want to create a non-verbal space and therefore we practice opt-out consent - meaning the space moves slowly in a flow where we reveal our intention for interaction non-verbally and respond to it in the same way - by leaning in or moving away (or removing) (Of course if absolutely needed a red/stop/no is always welcome). We will not practiceverbal negotiations before entering connections. You are always welcome to pause, observe, or disengage at any time. We ask everyone to go slow and encourage playing with your non-verbal no’s!
Co-Creation This is a collective experience. We create the space together — through our presence, our sound, our sensitivity, and our awareness. The ritualised structure of the space is there to ensure the feeling of a collective field - meaning also that it is not a play space where you go to a corner with just one person to play.
What to Expect
Exploration of voice as vibration, not performance
Deepened connection between sound, body, and sensation
Conscious touch and relational awareness
A space where sensual and erotic energy may naturally arise — approached with presence, not performance
Immersive soundscapes with gongs and singing bowls
A ritualised collective play space
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER
No, this event requires that you have previous experience working with your boundaries, that you know yourself well. That you know how to navigate non-verbal, opt-out sensual spaces with slowness and attunement.
DO I NEED TO BRING A PARTNER
You do not need to bring anyone, however you are welcome to bring friends and partner(s). The ritual evening invites collective co-creation and as such invites you to remain open to the entire field, even if you are only engaging with your partner(s). If you do not wish to engage with anyone other than your partner(s) in any way, this might not be the right space for you.
WHAT TO WEAR
For the first two parts we invite you to wear soft, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, with no specific aesthetic. For the last two parts, we encourage you to bring something more sensual and expressive (While still inviting softness and free mobility), we encourage layers, seductive fabrics, maybe even inspired by the four elements. Your sensitivity to temperature might shift, so bring something that allows you to dress up and down.

FACILITATORS
Aistė Li (She/her) — sound therapist, psychologist, and experienced space holder — you are invited into a carefully held environment where exploration can unfold with safety, depth, and presence. Her approach weaves together sound, nervous system awareness, and intuitive guidance, creating a space that is both grounded and deeply experiential.
For the past five years, Aistė has been deeply immersed in tantric work and communities, exploring the connection between body, awareness, and life force energy. Her work is rooted in a genuine curiosity about the power of vibration within the human body — especially the relationship between voice, sexual energy, vital force, and vibroacoustic instruments.
She is passionate about guiding people to reconnect with this inner power — to experience how energy moves, how it can open, soften, and transform when given space, attention, and presence.
Gabrielle (they/she)is a certified trauma-informed facilitator, educator, practitioner and rope-performer in the Copenhagen kink scene. With eight years of experience in rope, play, and conscious kink, they have taught and performed at different venues and events around Europe and played a key role in opening House of Play, where they facilitate workshops, rituals, and play spaces. Their teaching focuses on consent, creativity, curiosity for new ways of looking at things and exploring your personal flavour in play – always with a sharp edge, a good dose of humor, and a mission to make kink both more conscious and less taboo. They are passionate about blending play and awareness in ways that feel both deep, loving and lighthearted and will invite you to explore the edges of your comfort zone with curiosity and a smile.
