Faces Behind The Scenes

Anke Van Mullem (she/her)
Anke is a Holistic Intimacy & Relationship Coach and founder of Soul’n Soma. With a rich background in somatic practices, communication, and emotional intelligence, she blends sacred and scientific modalities like Tantra, neuroscience, and polyvagal theory to foster connection, sensitivity, and balance within.
At House of Play, she contributes to communication and content creation and is excited to co-create and hold space for workshops that inspire curiosity, growth, and deep connection in sensual and relational exploration. -
Gabrielle (they/she)
Gabrielle is a familiar face in the Copenhagen kink scene and has been part of various different communities for the past 7 years. In recent years she has been involved in organising and facilitating events such as Ropetogether and The Conscious kink sessions. Gabrielle is passionate about continuously learning and staying curious, playing with authenticity and humour, and how awareness of our sexuality can bring deeper connections.

Io (xe/xem)
Io, also known as Krista Bella, is an advocate for reproductive rights, gender equality, and LGBTQIA+ inclusion. With a background in midwifery, they now focus on policy, education, and community work. Through workshops, public speaking, and grassroots efforts, Io helps create safer spaces and challenges systemic barriers. Their work is grounded in intersectionality and a belief in collective action. By bridging healthcare, activism, and education, they support autonomy, respect, and equity. Io is part of both the Play Night Crew and the Safer Space crew.

Jac Fabian (he/him)
Jacob Lundgaard AKA Jac Fabian is the founder and head of House of Play. He has many years of experience as a director and manager of non-profit organisations and a background in innovation, facilitation and education. He’s also a rope and kink enthusiast and an experienced rope bondage teacher, performer, and conscious kink facilitator.

Julie (she/her)
Julie also known as “the house cat” may very often be found knitting in the sofa or taking care of practical tasks to help the house feel like a home. She coordinates the practical helpers and is also part of the “location team”.
With her curious mind and sense of humour she will be ready to welcome you to the house. -
Mads Hobye (he/him)
Mads is an artist and researcher specialising in interactive art and technology. He has previously co-founded illutron interactive art studio and Kinky Salon Copenhagen. In House of Play, his role has been to work on photography, as well as to develop the identity and online infrastructure of the place.

Maja (she/her)
Maja is educated communication specialist with focus on creative writing, graphics and photography. Besides that, she is a redheaded chaotic, bratty adrenaline junkie that have 10 years background in the kink, bdsm and fetish scene. She is also a passionated ropebunny and latex model. Maja is a part of the communication team, where she helps out with everything from SoMe, newsletters, photography and graphics.

Mette is a curious human being, on a never-ending quest for beauty, knowledge and enlightenment. She chooses to be a part of the HoP Comms crew to grow both personally and professionally.

Pernille Skanderup (she/her)
Pernille is a therapist and sexologist working with relational issues - both in heteronormative and poly relations. Staying present in life with embodiment, a focus on emotional maturity and tantric practises. Pernille teaches consent in ropes and holds workshops on consciousness and connection.
At House of Play she contributes with her background in communications - mainly focusing on SoMe and web. She will also engage in new ways of promoting House of Play to further strengthen the community and generate interest in conscious relating, play, consent, etc. -
Stevie Tee (he/him)
Stevie Tee has a background in education, performance and music. Since 2018, he’s thrown himself into all kinds of shenanigans as part of the organisers’ group of Kinky Salon Copenhagen, as a workshop facilitator, as a co-host, co-initiator and co-producer of The Deeper, Please! Podcast, and as part of the core production crew of Smut Slam Copenhagen. Stevie is especially curious about how exploring sexual pleasure through consensual power dynamics and play can provide relief from, and challenge our assumptions about, who we are and our place in the world.

Stig is a rope enthusiast and part of the practical team at House of Play, making sure the space is well screwed together and helps build new projects, so House of Play runs year round. He is happy to contribute with his experience and competencies, so the space is functional for all the events that make House of Play an open and inclusive space to friends and newbies alike, so everyone can feel safe in their different expressions at the house.
