House of Play is excited to offer 3 different workshops and talks with world renowned sex educator Reid Mihalko, founder of Sex Geek Summer Camp. Known for his inspiring blend of humor, personal stories, keen insights, and comprehensive sexual health knowledge, Reid’s 20-year career is filled with workshops, experiences, and teaching frameworks that have influenced culture and the sex and intimacy fields.
Being held down can feel calming.Being squeezed can feel grounding.Being pinned can feel exciting.Being playfully wrestled can wake up parts of the body and mind that everyday touch does not always reach.
And sometimes, with the right pressure in the right place at the right time, bodies melt.
They sigh.They squirm.They get louder.They get wetter.They get harder.They open.They ask for more.
There is a reason for this.
Our bodies are full of fascinating connections. Muscles, fascia, ligaments, nerves, posture, breath, pelvis, genitals, and pelvic floor all interact with one another in ways many of us were never taught to understand.
Sometimes pressure in one part of the body creates sensation somewhere else.Sometimes a small change in angle changes everything.Sometimes a hand on the hip, a knee between the thighs, a body leaning down from above, or being held in place can turn ordinary touch into something much more intense.
Pressure Play is the name Reid Mihalko uses for this playful and practical exploration of pressure, leverage, positioning, body weight, and restraint.
It is the art of using the body as a living system of ropes, pulleys, angles, weight, resistance, and response. When we learn how to play with that system skillfully, pressure can become a doorway into more sensation, more arousal, stronger orgasms, more confidence, and deeper erotic connection.
This is the workshop for people who have ever wondered:
Why does being pinned feel so hot?Why does grinding against pressure make some bodies come alive? Why can certain positions intensify orgasm, ejaculation, or squirting? Why does being squeezed, held, stretched, or playfully trapped make some people feel safer, more turned on, or more present? Why does wrestling sometimes feel like flirting with the whole body?
In this workshop, we will explore how to use these tools with more clarity, care, consent, and skill.
This is a fully clothed, hands-on workshop with lots of laughter as well as squeals and moans! We will begin with demonstrations and explanation, then move into guided exercises where you can explore pressure, leverage, body weight, and positioning in simple, accessible ways.
There will be no nudity and no sexual contact required. It is a practical, physical, erotic-education workshop where we study the mechanics of pressure, pleasure, arousal, and connection while staying clothed.
The aim is not to force intensity. The aim is to become more skillful, more curious, and more attuned.
You may discover new ways of asking for what you want. You may learn how to use your body with more ease and confidence. You may find language for sensations you already love. You may learn why your hips, thighs, pelvis, shoulders, breath, and posture matter so much. You may simply enjoy learning how to push, pull, squish, squeeze, and squirm with more pleasure and less guessing.
All exercises are invitations. You are always welcome to pause, watch, opt out, or adjust.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This workshop is for adults of all genders, orientations, bodies, and relationship styles who are curious about pressure, body-based pleasure, playful restraint, erotic intensity, and consensual physical play.
It is for you if you:
Enjoy being squeezed, held, pinned, pressed, grabbed, wrestled, or deliciously squished
Are curious about why pressure and positioning can feel so erotic
Want to understand how body weight, leverage, hips, thighs, pelvis, and posture can affect pleasure
Want more tools for intensifying arousal, orgasm, ejaculation, squirting, or full-body sensation
Enjoy bodywork, dance, acroyoga, primal play, wrestling, kink, martial arts, partnered movement, or roughhousing
Want practical tools for creating more sensation without needing to undress
Want to explore erotic pressure and physical intensity in a shame-free, consent-forward space
This workshop is not for you if you are unwilling to respect boundaries, move slowly, receive feedback, or listen to your own body and the bodies of others.
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER?
Yes.
You do not need experience with pressure play, kink, bodywork, primal play, wrestling, or partnered movement.
We will begin with foundations and build from there. Complete beginners are welcome, as long as you are willing to move with care, communicate clearly, and respect other people’s boundaries.
All exercises are invitations. You are always welcome to pause, watch, opt out, or adjust.
DO I NEED A PARTNER?
You can come alone, in pairs, or as a group.
The exercises are practical, physical, and hands-on. You’ll be invited to work with different people in various combinations throughout the workshop, giving you the chance to co-create in a fluid, collective experience.
While we encourage openness to different people and genders in exercises, you may choose to play exclusively with your partner(s) if that feels right for you.
You may also choose to watch, take notes, and learn without practicing.
DRESSCODE
Wear something comfortable that you can move around freely in.
Think yoga clothes, dance clothes, soft layers, stretchy clothing, or anything that lets you kneel, sit, lean, press, pull, straddle, crawl, and move comfortably.
This is a clothed workshop with no genitals exposed.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a bath towel, sarong, or small blanket. And bonus points if you bring a pillow with a pillow case.
Also bring a water bottle, notebook, pen, and snacks in case you get hungry during the workshop.
You may also want to bring knee pads or soft layers if kneeling on the floor for parts of the workshop would be uncomfortable for your body.
