A Guided Group BDSM Experience
This event is dedicated to exploring group submission - the delightful erotic charge in exposure, trust, and being fully seen in states of intensity and vulnerability, as we reveal our own and each other’s willingness to step into perversity and pain together - slowly, consciously, with beauty and vulnerability.
The Descent series explores group submission in two very different ways. Where Descent I (May 8) is held as a highly directed ritual, Descent II (on June 18) offers methods and scores that enable participants to co-create a group BDSM experience together.
Modern spirituality often seeks ascent, light, expansion, transcendence. But many mystical traditions insist on descent first. Descent is humbling. It equalises. It strips away illusion.
In this workshop, collective suffering, consciously entered and carefully held, becomes a rehearsal of that descent. It challenges the idea that growth is comfortable, and instead invites us into intensity as a gateway to presence.
We work with the body as both sensory and artistic material. Through pressure, restriction, positioning, and physical guidance, participants co-create shared states of sensation. We’ll go slow into intensity, to remain curious and soft as our nervous systems open for new states of awareness in the face of challenge.
Within a highly visual and sensorial environment, we compose living BDSM scenographies. Through using rope, sling film, video projection, and physical holding, bodies are shaped, bound, and positioned into collective images, unfolding as both restraint and composition. This explores:
How your own impulses, creativity, and willingness to engage can contribute to a collective experience.
control and restriction
beauty and discomfort
dominance and submission
being seen in vulnerability, and seeing others
the power of a staged, sensorial space
Strong attention is given to consent. You are supported with clear methods and frameworks that allow you to engage as deeply as you feel safe, and without compromising your boundaries.
The DESCENT series invites participants into a two-part journey — moving from a highly structured ritual (DESCENT I - Ritual Submission) into a shared group co-creation and exploration (DESCENT II — Collective Suffering). You can buy the tickets together or apart.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
For those curious about:
Taking their play to group settings with a stronger focus on storytelling and visual expression.
BDSM dynamics (dominance, submission, control, surrender)
conscious pain play
group-based exploration rather than private scenes
using the body as both sensory and artistic material
Advanced practitioners to newcomers. You don’t need experience, but you should feel open to exploring power, boundaries, and sensation in connection with others.
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER?
To participate, we recommend that you have some prior experience with boundaries and consent, both your own and other’s.
You don’t need prior experience with BDSM, but please note the subjects we will be focusing on and that this is something you want to explore, including states of surrender and suffering.
You will be guided through consent, structure, and exercises step by step.
DO I NEED A PARTNER?
You can come alone, in pairs or as a group.
The exercises are often practical, physical, and hands-on. You’ll be invited to work with different people in various combinations throughout the workshop, giving you the chance to co-create in a fluid, collective experience.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Anso’s (she/her) current artistic work develops spaces where power, intimacy and desire can be explored with awareness and intention. She creates immersive formats where BDSM practice becomes both artistic material and relational inquiry. Alongside this, her curatorial work operates across larger cultural frameworks, shaping international collaborations and platforms that examine how art and culture can influence perception, contribute to structural change, and foster connectedness in a fragmented world.
Jac Fabian (he/him) is an experienced rope bondage and kink practitioner who’s been teaching and facilitating for more than a decade. His focus is the meeting point of perversion, power dynamics, aesthetics, group facilitation and co-creation processes, artistic experimentation, and consciousness. Jac is the founder and director of House of Play. He has performed in Tokyo, at The Danish Royal Theatre and many other kink and art venues.
