SWEET RELEASE – Holistic Pathways to Squirting

A couples workshop about safety, connection & letting the body lead

This is a trauma-aware, pleasure-positive workshop for couples who are curious about female ejaculation (“squirting”) in a grounded, respectful way – where pleasure leads and performance doesn’t. For some people it can feel like a delicious release, a deepening of arousal, or simply a new kind of softness and freedom in the body. And for many, the biggest win is learning how to listen, communicate, and build turn-on without pressure.

Because squirting is sometimes portrayed in forceful, pressuring ways, we name this clearly: nothing is forced here. You’re always in choice. You can pause, opt out, modify, or step outside at any time. This workshop centers boundaries, pacing, and respect for your nervous system.

“Squirting” is also often misunderstood – either glamorized as a performance goal, or dismissed as “just forcing pee.” In reality, it’s more nuanced and body-specific. It isn’t something to prove. It can be a response that may emerge when arousal, safety, touch, breath, and the nervous system are working together. So our focus is not on “making it happen at all costs,” but on exploring what becomes possible when pressure is taken off and the body gets to lead. Think: more turn-on, more “mmm,” more curiosity – and maybe, sometimes, more fluidity.

You’ll receive clear teaching, a demonstration, and guided hands-on practice – while staying inside your own private bubble (no partner-swapping). Facilitators will be available for verbal support and questions.

Letting the body lead

Many people with vulvas may have the capacity for ejaculation under supportive conditions – but bodies vary, and this is not a “make it happen” workshop. We can’t guarantee whether squirting will happen on the day.

What we can offer is a grounded, trauma-aware space where boundaries are respected and communication is central – and where you’ll learn tools you can keep exploring at home.

In this workshop you’ll:

  • learn the basics of anatomy, arousal, and ejaculatory fluids

  • practice relaxing and tuning in around the G-spot / pelvic area

  • build a clear consent + feedback language (yes / no / slower / more / pause / stop)

  • explore touch and arousal with pacing, choice, and consent

  • leave with concrete practices for your own time, in your own way

Here, success is not defined by whether ejaculation happens.
Success means:

  • staying connected

  • respecting every “no”

  • creating conditions where a real “yes” can emerge

WHO IS THIS FOR

This workshop is for couples who want to explore squirting in a conscious, consent‑based way.

It may be especially relevant if you:

  • Have never experienced squirting;

  • Have had it happen once “by accident”;

  • Already know it, but want more ease, safety, and understanding;

  • Want to get better at listening, pacing, and responding to the body;

  • Have had experiences with pressure or force around squirting, and now want to rebuild safety, soften tension, and let your body set the pace.

This workshop is not for people looking for a performance, a show, or a guarantee.

It is for people who want to learn, communicate, and discover together.

Practical note: This is a partnered workshop for any gender constellation where one partner has a vulva.

CAN I JOIN ALONE?

No. This is a partnered workshop, designed for two people to explore together. You’re welcome to bring any trusted partner (romantic partners, lovers, friends,...) as long as you both feel safe and enthusiastic to participate.
