This event is part of the New Manhood series, in which we explore the many layers of the male-socialised experience as it is shaped through upbringing, biology, and cultural expectation.

Shame has a quiet voice.
It tells us to hide the parts of ourselves we believe are too much, not enough, or simply unworthy of being seen. Over time, that voice can become so familiar that we mistake it for the truth.
This workshop is an invitation to gently loosen shame's grip and rediscover the freedom that has been there all along. Not by fighting ourselves or forcing change, but by meeting what we've hidden with curiosity, compassion, and courage.
Together, we'll explore through embodied practices, reflective inquiry, and authentic connection, creating space for what has long been waiting to be seen. We'll discover how shame shapes our relationships, our choices, and the stories we tell ourselves—and what becomes possible when those stories begin to soften.
As we begin to recognise shame with greater awareness, we also begin to notice the quiet ways it has influenced our lives. Not to judge ourselves for it, but to understand it with compassion. In that understanding, we create space for choice, authenticity, and a deeper sense of inner freedom.
This is not about becoming someone else. It is about remembering that the parts of ourselves we've hidden may be the very parts longing to be welcomed home. As shame begins to lose its voice, authenticity, connection, and self-acceptance naturally have more room to emerge.
When shame becomes the voice that defines our worth, it can keep us from living, loving, and expressing ourselves fully. Together, we'll explore what it means to meet shame without allowing it to lead.
Come exactly as you are. Leave with a gentler relationship to yourself, and discover what becomes possible when shame no longer decides how you live.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Curious, caring and compassionate male-born humans – both those who identify as men as well as male-born non-binary people who resonate with this path
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER?
Absolutely! The only prior experience required is growing up in a male body. You can join the individual workshop or the entire Manhood-series.
DO I NEED A PARTNER?

ABOUT THE MANHOOD SERIES
My mission is to create spaces where male-born humans can rediscover the parts of themselves they were taught to silence. I believe we all carry deep tenderness, intuition, creativity, desire, grief, humor, and an immense capacity for love. Too often, these qualities stay hidden because of inherited stories about what strength, emotion, and vulnerability are supposed to look like.
I support cis-men and male-born non-binary people in feeling without shame, speaking without fear, listening without defensiveness, and setting boundaries without guilt. I help them embody anger without harm and experience connection without collapsing or hardening. This work is not about perfection, but presence; not about performing strength, but embodying it.
Each workshop in the Manhood series stands on its own, offering a specific entry point into personal growth and embodied connection. Taken together, they form a rich journey – one that moves from brotherhood to embodiment, from communication to compassion, from guardedness to genuine openness.
This is an invitation to grow, to feel, to laugh, and to remember what it means to be fully human – together.
