This event is part of the New Manhood series, in which we explore the many layers of the male-socialised experience as it is shaped through upbringing, biology, and cultural expectation.

Grief, when shared, becomes a bridge to healing. In this tender and supportive circle, we’ll explore the many faces of loss – personal, ancestral, and collective – allowing sadness to move and transform. Through ritual, reflection, and shared storytelling, we make room for tears, silence, and laughter alike. This is a chance to lighten the heart’s load, to remember that love and grief are two sides of the same coin, both asking to be felt.
Every human carries stories of loss, some spoken, many held deep within. Loss of loved ones, dreams, innocence, identity, or belonging. Too often, these experiences remain locked behind walls of silence, mistaken for weakness or avoided out of fear. Yet grief, when met with compassion and shared in community, becomes one of our greatest teachers – showing us that vulnerability is not the opposite of strength, but its very foundation.
“Growing Through Grief” is a supportive and loving space for male-borns to meet their grief with courage and tenderness. Here, we learn that sorrow is not something to conquer or conceal, but an invitation to deeper love, empathy, and connection. By giving voice to what hurts, we begin to release the weight we’ve carried alone and rediscover the life that continues to move within us.
Through guided reflection, storytelling, movement, and ritual, we will explore:
Honoring Loss: Acknowledging personal, ancestral, and collective grief, and recognizing how it shapes our hearts and our choices.
Speaking the Unspeakable: Creating a safe container to express what has long been unspoken – the words, tears, and memories waiting to be heard.
Vulnerability as Strength: Transforming the old narratives of stoicism into an embodied understanding that openness is power, and feeling is freedom.
Healing Through Connection: Allowing shared emotion and mutual witness to soften isolation, revealing the universal nature of our human experience.
Integration and Renewal: Learning to carry grief as a source of wisdom – to let it deepen our compassion, purpose, and capacity to love.
This is a circle of remembrance and release – a space where male-born humans can come as they are, without needing to be strong or have answers. Together, we honor the tears, the stories, and the resilience that make us whole.
Come ready to feel deeply, to share honestly, and to rediscover the quiet strength that rises when the heart is allowed to heal.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Curious, caring and compassionate male-born humans – both those who identify as men as well as male-born non-binary people who resonate with this path
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER?

ABOUT THE MANHOOD SERIES
My mission is to create spaces where male-born humans can rediscover the parts of themselves they were taught to silence. I believe we all carry deep tenderness, intuition, creativity, desire, grief, humor, and an immense capacity for love. Too often, these qualities stay hidden because of inherited stories about what strength, emotion, and vulnerability are supposed to look like.
I support cis-men and male-born non-binary people in feeling without shame, speaking without fear, listening without defensiveness, and setting boundaries without guilt. I help them embody anger without harm and experience connection without collapsing or hardening. This work is not about perfection, but presence; not about performing strength, but embodying it.
Each workshop in the Manhood series stands on its own, offering a specific entry point into personal growth and embodied connection. Taken together, they form a rich journey – one that moves from brotherhood to embodiment, from communication to compassion, from guardedness to genuine openness.
This is an invitation to grow, to feel, to laugh, and to remember what it means to be fully human – together.
