This event is part of the New Manhood series, in which we explore the many layers of the male-socialised experience as it is shaped through upbringing, biology, and cultural expectation.

“Becoming Brothers": A space to reconnect with the power of brotherhood – to be witnessed, supported, and held without judgment. Together, we’ll explore what trust and compassion mean in a community of humans, gently dissolving the barriers that keep us isolated. Through movement, conversation, and laughter, we’ll rediscover the joy of honest connection – reminding ourselves that healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. It’s about learning to lean in, to show up, and to remember that none of us are doing this alone.
Beneath the noise of modern life, there lies an ancient call – a quiet remembering of what it means to stand together as human beings in truth, respect, and belonging. For too long, many of us have walked alone, carrying silent burdens, old stories, and inherited patterns that keep us distant from ourselves and from one another. This workshop is an invitation to lay those burdens down and return to the heart of brotherhood.
“Becoming Brothers” offers a shared and supportive space for you to reconnect with the deeper wisdom of your lineage, your emotions, and our shared humanity. Together, we’ll explore what it means to be witnessed and to witness others – to meet each other not through comparison or performance, but through authenticity, vulnerability, and strength rooted in compassion.
Through movement, guided reflection, and open dialogue, we will explore:
Ancestral Healing: Gently uncovering the stories, beliefs, and wounds passed down through generations, and learning to release what no longer serves our growth.
Redefining Masculinity: Letting go of outdated archetypes and discovering a more integrated, balanced, and heart-centered expression of masculine energy.
Trust and Connection: Building safety among people through honest conversation, deep listening, and mutual support.
Emotional Awareness: Learning to meet our inner world with curiosity and care, allowing what’s hidden to be seen without shame or judgment.
Integration and Relationship: Cultivating new ways of relating – to ourselves, to people of all genders – rooted in respect, empathy, and presence.
This is not a space to prove or perform. It’s a space to remind us all – to come home to the strength that lives in openness, to the power that grows in connection, and to the belonging that arises when people of all genders choose to stand beside one another in truth.
Come as you are. Leave with a fuller heart, a clearer sense of purpose, and a renewed faith in the power of brotherhood of humanity.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Curious, caring and compassionate male-born humans – both those who identify as men as well as male-born non-binary people who resonate with this path
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER?
Absolutely! The only prior experience required is growing up in a male body. You can join the individual workshop or the entire Manhood-series.
DO I NEED A PARTNER?

ABOUT THE MANHOOD SERIES
My mission is to create spaces where male-born humans can rediscover the parts of themselves they were taught to silence. I believe we all carry deep tenderness, intuition, creativity, desire, grief, humor, and an immense capacity for love. Too often, these qualities stay hidden because of inherited stories about what strength, emotion, and vulnerability are supposed to look like.
I support cis-men and male-born non-binary people in feeling without shame, speaking without fear, listening without defensiveness, and setting boundaries without guilt. I help them embody anger without harm and experience connection without collapsing or hardening. This work is not about perfection, but presence; not about performing strength, but embodying it.
Each workshop in the Manhood series stands on its own, offering a specific entry point into personal growth and embodied connection. Taken together, they form a rich journey – one that moves from brotherhood to embodiment, from communication to compassion, from guardedness to genuine openness.
This is an invitation to grow, to feel, to laugh, and to remember what it means to be fully human – together.
