A three‑part journey to soften, sense, and reclaim vulva pleasure through slow, guided self‑touch in community.
Welcome to the Awakening Pleasure Series
In many bodies, pleasure and pain have become over‑coupled – layers of tension, emotion, and unspoken stories sit between sensation and satisfaction. Across three monthly evenings we will gently unwind those layers through self de‑armouring, somatic boundary work, and the healing alchemy of group resonance.
Come to one session that calls you, or weave the full arc for deeper integration. Each workshop stands alone yet can be seen as an extension of the previous.
AWAKENING PLEASURE: A Journey of Clitoral Awakening – 22/Sept
Often in life we have to rush so much, and we can even feel discomfort when we finally slow down. In these gatherings we intentionally move at the pace of the body, meeting any unease that arises. The aim is to reconnect with the vulva (one focused theme at a time) through slow presence and plenty of space.
Session 1 – Clitoral Awakening
Do you feel slightly numb, tense, or rushed around clitoral pleasure?
You’re not alone. Many vulva owners notice they rely on intense stimulation or feel disconnected from subtle sensation.
This session focuses on …
Re‑igniting the many micro‑pleasures of the clitoris. We will melt surface armour, refine your body’s YES/NO/MAYBE signals, and befriend arousal responses without rushing to climax.
PRACTICALITIES
WHAT TO EXPECT
Key Benefits: Heightened clitoral sensitivity, easier orgasm, and a renewed emotional bond with your body.
Hands‑On Exploration: Step‑by‑step self de‑armouring techniques with real‑time guidance.
Group Resonance: Practise alongside other vulva owners in a consent‑centred space, amplifying healing through shared presence.
WHO IS THIS FOR
Vulva owners ready to explore sensuality and sensitivity in a communal setting. You feel at ease practising self‑touch alongside others and can self‑regulate emotionally; the facilitator will guide but this is a self‑development space, not therapy.
No experience in de-armouring required.
Health & Safety – Participation is not suitable if you are pregnant, have active infections or outbreaks, severe unresolved psychological trauma, psychosis, or serious physical illness. When in doubt, reach out.
DRESS CODE
Wear something comfortable that makes you feel safe and/or sensual.
If you’d prefer extra coverage, a dress or skirt that allows easy access without exposing too much is recommended.
WHAT TO BRING
Body‑friendly oil or lube to enhance your experience.
Water bottle with lid.
Towels or blankets (e.g., sheep skin, sarong, fleece blanket, yoga mat) to create your intentional, cozy space to lay on. You might want to bring an extra blanket to cover yourself with if you wish to be (partially) naked.
Feel free to bring a journal & pen.
Optional: Blindfold for deeper inward focus.
