This event is part of the New Manhood series, in which we explore the many layers of the male-socialised experience as it is shaped through upbringing, biology, and cultural expectation.

This evening is an experiential journey into the root of our vitality – our sexual and creative life force. Through breath, embodiment practices, and gentle exploration, we’ll reconnect with the sacredness of our sensuality and the honesty of our desire. This is not about performance, but presence – an invitation to meet your body and energy with curiosity and reverence. We’ll laugh, we’ll breathe, and we’ll remember that our sexuality is not something to fix – it’s something to celebrate.
Sexual energy is one of the most powerful forces we carry – an inner fire that can fuel our joy, our creativity, our connection, and our purpose. Yet many humans inherit layers of shame, confusion, or performance-driven expectations around sexuality, leaving this vital part of themselves misunderstood or disconnected. When we return to sexual energy with awareness instead of pressure, reverence instead of fear, we rediscover it not as something to control, but as something to honor.
“Sentient Sexuality” is an experiential workshop that invites you to meet your sensuality and desire with openness, curiosity, and respect. This is a space to explore the intimate connection between sexuality and aliveness – to feel the difference between performance and embodiment, between tension and flow, between dissociation and true presence. Here, pleasure and awareness become partners, guiding us toward a deeper relationship with ourselves and with the world around us.
Through breathwork, movement, grounded embodiment practices, and gentle, honest inquiry, we will explore:
Reclaiming Vitality: Understanding sexual energy as life-force – a source of creativity, passion, and inner radiance that impacts every area of our lives.
Presence Over Performance: Letting go of societal expectations and returning to the truth of sensation, connection, and genuine intimacy.
Embodied Desire: Meeting desire with curiosity rather than judgment, learning to listen to the body’s wisdom and signals with respect.
Healing Shame: Creating space to acknowledge and release inherited stories, fears, or misconceptions around sexuality.
Sacred Celebration: Remembering that pleasure is not indulgence, but nourishment and an invitation to inhabit ourselves more fully and authentically.
This is not a workshop about technique or sexual prowess. It is about learning to hold your erotic energy with reverence, and recognizing it as a gateway to joy, confidence, creativity, and deeper connection. Some exercises will invite you into deep inquiry, others to movement and physical contact with yourself or others. Note that this space is not for sexual activities or sexual interaction, it is meant to connect you deeper to yourself. Every exercise is an invitation only and all participants will be encouraged to set their own boundaries with supportive guidance.
With breath, laughter, grounded practice, and shared presence, we rediscover sexuality as a celebration of life itself.
Come with curiosity. Leave more alive, more connected, and more at home in your own sacred fire.

ABOUT THE MANHOOD SERIES
My mission is to create spaces where male-born humans can rediscover the parts of themselves they were taught to silence. I believe we all carry deep tenderness, intuition, creativity, desire, grief, humor, and an immense capacity for love. Too often, these qualities stay hidden because of inherited stories about what strength, emotion, and vulnerability are supposed to look like.
I support cis-men and male-born non-binary people in feeling without shame, speaking without fear, listening without defensiveness, and setting boundaries without guilt. I help them embody anger without harm and experience connection without collapsing or hardening. This work is not about perfection, but presence; not about performing strength, but embodying it.
Each workshop in the Manhood series stands on its own, offering a specific entry point into personal growth and embodied connection. Taken together, they form a rich journey – one that moves from brotherhood to embodiment, from communication to compassion, from guardedness to genuine openness.
This is an invitation to grow, to feel, to laugh, and to remember what it means to be fully human – together.
