A Night of Connection, Chemistry & Desire
Welcome to this crossover event: where Firecracker Fusion steps into the sex-positive space of House of Play.
If you’ve been to Blackout Bliss before, you’ve experienced the magic of micro fusion — melting into strangers, deeply connecting all night, riding the intimacy and endorphin-high this dance creates.
Previously, that connection has been physical, intimate… but not sexual. Clear boundaries held that in place.
For this event, we ask: what happens if we take those boundaries away?
What happens when we explicitly invite the erotic onto our dance floor?
The foundation for this event is still Micro Fusion — a partner dance built on deep, intentional contact.
In close embrace — a position like a full-body hug, but slower, richer, more alive — you’ll explore connection through stillness, breath, and subtle shifts in the body. With music as your guide, micro-movements ripple between you like electricity, creating a molten, gooey, grounded feeling. You’ll change partners often, finding a new flavour of connection with each person — sometimes soft, sometimes charged, sometimes unexpectedly intense.
And this time, we change the rules.
If sexual energy arises, you’re invited to let it shape the dance. To play with teasing, anticipation, power, restraint, surrender — following the subtle (or not-so-subtle) pull of desire as it moves between you.
Together, we explore what becomes possible. Maybe your dance will involve hair pulling, a firm grip of a wrist, some biting... Maybe it will end in a tender kiss.
PROGRAM
We begin with a Micro Fusion workshop with Maja and Johannes, learning the foundations of this connection — with a few naughtier possibilities woven in.
From there, we move into structured, playful explorations, including power dynamics and blindfolds.
Later, the structure softens into a more open dance. The lighting drops into a dim, shadowy atmosphere — soft enough for the senses to take over, while still holding a sense of safety. Blindfolds will be available for those who wish to surrender sight entirely.
Guided by DJ Saratonin’s lush, layered soundscape, you’ll keep meeting, connecting, and exploring the unique chemistry of each interaction.
This is a space for meeting others skin-to-skin, heart-to-heart — where curiosity, sensation, intimacy, and desire can intertwine.
A little friskier. A little naughtier. A little sexier.
Still grounded in presence. Still rooted in connection.
Expect closeness. Warmth. Tension and release.
That delicious, glowing endorphin high at the end of the night.
Please note:
This is a consent-based, choice-led space. Sexual and intimate touch is welcome, but never expected. You are free to explore anything from subtle sensuality to more explicit erotic play — always with mutual consent and clear communication. You are always in charge of your own boundaries and pace. The evening will include consent exercises to make sure we’ll all on the same page.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This night is for sensual explorers who are curious about touch, presence, intimacy, and desire. For those who want to experience the different flavours of connection with different people. You don’t need to be a dancer or a sex party enthusiast — only open to exploring with your body and your yes/no.
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER?
Absolutely. No prior experience of either dance or sex positive spaces is needed. We’ll guide you step by step into connection, consent, and embodied awareness.
DO I NEED A PARTNER?
No. You can come alone, in pairs, or as a group. You’ll be invited to work with different people in various combinations throughout the evening, co-creating a fluid, collective experience.
Please note that this event does invite you to change partners frequently, and we recommend doing so for at least part of the event to get the full experience. However, you may choose to participate exclusively with your partner(s) if that feels right for you.
IS THIS A FULLY OPEN PLAY SPACE?
We like to think of it more like a “spicy dance floor”. To keep that container, we will challenge you to:
Remain mostly standing
Change partners often
Within this, you are free to get creative, exploring where the music, your desires, and your partner wants to take you.
DRESSCODE
Wear something comfortable that you can move freely in.
We invite you to dress up in a way that makes you feel sensual and embodied — soft fabrics, layers, or something that feels delicious on your skin. Bonus points for any textures that make your partner say “ooooh this feels so nice!” when they hug you.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
The workshop will be led by Maja and Johannes and the evening will be facilitated by Sarah.
Sarah (aka DJ Saratonin) creates spaces where connection gets to be felt — deeply, playfully, and sometimes a little dangerously. With Blackout Bliss she has created her dream event: where dance meets desire, and connection takes the lead. Her favourite experience is spending the night melting into others, and she is thrilled to invite everyone to share in that delicious, electric pleasure.
Johannes (he/him) is an experienced teacher of both structured and unstructured dances. His main passion is explaining and enjoying the technique and feeling of dancing in close embrace. Beyond that he has spend the last 20 years exploring ethical non-monogamy, BDSM, primal play, consensual non-con and shibari from a dominant perspective. Lately he has begun to combine his love of dancing and kink and has found that the role of lead in partner dancing and the dominant role in kink has many similar aspects. At this event he will share both the technique of connecting through music and the emotional experience of dominance and submission.
