280 dkk formembers, 350 dkk fornon-members

Every third Tuesday of the month, Anna teaches fundamental techniques of rope practice. This is a beginner friendly class which explores a different topic or tie each month. You don’t have to join every time to benefit from this series.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Anyone who is a beginner who wants to learn some basic techniques for rope. No experience necessary!

DO I NEED A PARTNER?

You can join with a partner or on your own. While we can’t guarantee anything, we do our best to match participants who arrive solo.

WHAT TO BRING

We have ropes that can be borrowed, but we recommend bringing your own ropes if you have them (only jute or hemp, not cotton).

WHAT TO EXPECT

We will start with learning a foundation knot for a single or double column tie, which will then be used to build the main pattern for the evening. Finally, there will be an exercise focused on connection though ropes.

Everyone participating will have the opportunity to try tying and being tied for each exercise, so everyone can experience both perspectives.

WHAT TO WEAR

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you move freely. (Jeans or other stiff materials are not recommended)
