CUDDLE SPACE
FOR DR TV
CUDDLE SPACE FOR DR TV
On Wednesday, September 24 2025 from 15.30-17.30 we invite you for a special edition of our warm and oxytocin-filled Cuddle Space - a slow space for exploring non-sexual touch and connection.
This event will be filmed by DR TV for an upcoming documentary series where the host follows the everyday life of a polyamorous couple. They would love to show some of the different ways we can consciously relate to each other, and that’s where we enter the picture.
Cuddle Space is a facilitated journey into nurturing your heart, body, and soul through consensual touch and co-regulation. When we are physically connected to other people, our bodies release oxytocin which is widely known as the love hormone or hugging hormone. A chemical reaction that makes us feel loved and strengthens our sense of belonging
WHAT TO EXPECT
The afternoon will begin with a Welcoming Circle, where we will go through the guidelines, land together as a group, and ease into consent exercises to create a safer container where everyone knows how to navigate the space respectfully.
Afterwards, you will be guided in trying out various cuddle positions with different partners within your own boundaries. In the last bit of this part, you will have the opportunity to unwind in different areas such as the cuddle puddle, give & receive, connected movement, etc.
To wrap up, we'll gather for a Closing Circle, where everyone is invited to share their emotions and reflections from our shared experience. This is a time to connect with the whole group and bring a sense of closure to our time together.
This day will of course be a bit different from our regular setup as there will be cameras in the space. However, we still strive to offer you the sense of wholehearted connection and a lovely oxytocin boost.
WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move around freely.
A water bottle with a lid - no open containers in the space.
